If you find yourself in Kobe, you'll want to make sure to visit Nankin Machi (Chinatown). You can get here by going to the Motomachi station in downtown Kobe. The pictured food is called "butaman" which stands for pork bun, and are at a restaurant called "ROUSHOUKI" and has been in business since 1915. You can't miss it, since there is always a huge line in front (but it goes by very fast). These are simply some of the most delicious little buns you'll have in your life. Make sure to use a little bit of the hot mustard as a garnish!
